Hi, I’m Michelle—founder of Meditation with Michelle and a meditation teacher in training. I created this online meditation center to offer something simple, real, and personal: a space where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and begin again—one breath at a time.
Like many people, I came to meditation during a time of stress and overwhelm. I was looking for a way to quiet my mind, ease the pressure in my chest, and find a bit of peace in the middle of the chaos. What I found was so much more. Through guided meditation and mindfulness practices, I began to soften—not just toward myself, but toward the people around me. I stopped reacting so quickly. I started listening more deeply. And slowly, I began to change from the inside out.
That transformation is why I decided to become a meditation teacher. I don’t have all the answers (and probably never will), but I’m committed to learning and growing—and sharing what I learn as I go. This isn’t a platform for polished perfection. It’s an invitation. A place to begin again, together.
